That Old Creative Process

It’s that old Creative Process again… I get into a mode and develop all of these ideas- I run for my journal- ideas and pieces jumping onto the page- then I find myself staying up late at night- pushing myself and each piece as far as I can….then I rest a bit- move on to a different medium, perhaps. When I am creating, my work seems to split and multiply like fertile cells reproducing….ten ideas come out of one. My hands and mind can hardly keep up. Where do these ideas come from? The Holy Spirit? Is God an artist? Yes!

About Linda Lenart McNulty

I am an artist with a spirit to share, inspire and heal others through my work, which is currently exploring the Awakening of the Santos Cage figurative form in sculpture and intaglio painting. My quest is to channel art through Spirit, while bringing others into connection with their creative selves, using the joy of life, the gift of color and the discovery of form as vehicles to expression.
